How We Ship
To reduce waste and keep our footprint small, we don't hold stock in a big warehouse. Instead, every single item is printed fresh just for you the moment you place your order.
Because of this custom process, it takes a little longer than Amazon, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
When will I get my order?
- Production: It takes 2–5 business days to print your gear.
- Shipping: Once it leaves the shop, transit usually takes 3–7 business days (in the US).
- Total Wait: Most orders arrive in about 1–2 weeks.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Refunds
What if there is an issue with my order?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, please let us know immediately! We want you to be happy with your gear.
- How to fix it: Just email us at
[email protected]within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo of the problem, and we will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit?
Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We don't have a warehouse to put the returned shirt back into.
Please double-check the size chart on the product page before ordering to make sure you get the perfect fit!
