mostlyCBD is a Print-on-Demand initiative. To minimize waste & environmental impact, every item is printed only when you order it. We do not hold inventory or a warehouse of stock.

All Sales Are Final

  • Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse.
  • Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we got you!
  • Email [email protected] with your Order number within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Attach photos of the issue (the print error or damage).
  • Once verified, we will reach out to make things right.

Lost Packages

  • We know how frustrating this can be.
  • Please allow 2-3 days after the latest estimated delivery date, as shipping delays unfortunately are becoming more common, before reaching out.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 14 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
  • Email [email protected] with your Order number.
  • Once verified, we will reach out to make things right.
